Just a few pictures of our digs at Currum Downs. The Wintons, the Cowlings, Tom's and the Patchings.

As you can see Tom's tent is full of ( some of the prizes) the West Aussies won.

Also it was our special friend Nicola's 40th Birthday dinner, we did our best to cheer her up.
Isn't she beautiful, inside and out.

Keith and I hve just arrived at a place called Rosebud for a few day's, and shock horror it is starting to rain.

Hope you all arrived home safe and sound, see you in November.
Spice 2nd place Novice Jumping Victorian National.

Well it is all over, the Nationals I mean, by now most of the West Aussies are on their way home.

We did very well considering the tough circumstances.

It was an extremley tiring 3 day's, but we enjoyed it.

The Victorians did a great job running such a huge trial, thankyou to all the hard working committee.

I for one learnt a lot!!!!!!

This is the Ferry Keith and I are catching early in the morning over to Sorrento
This was a great place to stay at Queenscliff. We had the ocean one side and a fenced, dry oval right at our caravan door. I set my jumps up and left them up for two day's.

This tour of Fort of Queenscliff was realy great. Keith our tour guide a fourth generation Queenscliffin'g was so knowledegable and interesting. Here we are up on top of the oldest Fort in the world.

This is the famous dangerous rip, right ouside our caravan park, all ships have to be piloted in through the rip.

Looking back at where we stayed at Queenscliff, very wet as we left on the ferry.

Bad hair day on the Ferry this morning.

Ho, hum, in my short life I have been in an airoplane. a car, now it's a Ferry. Is this what rich dog's do????

Lined up for the ferry this morning.

Our Ferry sitting waiting early this morning.

Inside the ferry, we were first on.

Andrea Keith Julie and Brian are now at Ballarat, don't know where the time has gone.

We have had it all hot, warm, cold and now freezing. Still in good spirits, making the most of every day.

Counting down to Hastings trial. Then the Nationals!!!!

Keith and I are taking the road to Queenscliff, staying there for two days then catching the ferry over to Sorrento in Mornington Pennisula. From there it is a short drive to Frankston where we meet up with our WA friends.

Not many more sleeps guy's, see you soon.

Special hugs, Andrea.
Ballarat, this is the arch over the highway to Melbourne. First world War rememberance which leads on to 23 ks of English trees with plaques of all local men lost at War.
Another view of where we stayed right on the Murray river,

This is the view from our caravan park, not bad.

This is where we were training, what a view!!! right on the Murray at our caravan park.

Had to take a picture of the original Port, you can see on the left hand side where they are replacing the pylins, at a cost of millions.

Can you spot the BC??? dozens of river boats privatley owned on the river.

The boiler man checking the steam engine. What a beautiful working power house.

Emmy Lou on the Murray River. Once a very busy working river

Keith and I had the best trip down river on the 'Alexander Arbuthbot' She was actually under water for 20 years, luckily she was lovingly restored and is back working again.

Keith at Port street Echuca, famous for the paddle steamers.

This is my favourite mow cow, Ned Kelly theme!!! I am freezing as you can see.

Shepparton, is famous for it's Dairy cows, as you can see Keith can't keep away from his farming background.

Shepparton VIC 13th Aug - Julie

This morning we woke up to a beautiful sunny morning in Shepparton. Thanks to the Shepparton club for the use of their gear last night. They have wonderful clubrooms. It was very much appreciated. Brian and Andrea said they had a great session and were made very welcome.

We really enjoyed the Wangaratta trial. It may have rained a fair bit but it didn't dappen any ones day. It still managed to run like clockwork. Andrea and Brian were both pleased with their runs. The grounds may have been a bit slippery but were perfect for getting them used to wet conditons.

We visited Ned Kelly country and had a nice day learning all about the Kelly Gang's last stand at Glenrowen. The animated show was very corny but it was a lot of fun.
Oscar doing laps of Wanga footy Oval.

Evie wasn't phased by the mud but Brian was watching his footing.

Beautiful setting for the trial right by the river.

Keith very relaxed after a beauty treament by Andrea.

Sylus has come in very handy when we can't find a tug toy.

Ned Kelly's last stand.

We all had a chuckle.

The infamous Inn that the Police burnt down to flush out the gang

Ned looks a bit worse for wear.

Keeping up the traditon of taking photos of anything big!

I have gone back a week or two to Sydney, catching the Mono Rail at Darling Harbour

Yes it is snow!!! Could not believe it at first. No wonder it was so cold at the trial yesterday.

Do I look cold???? This was at Stanley this afternoon, a little town 8 ks out of Beechworth.

Sit stay's by the snowman, it was 5 degrees

Here we are on a scary tour of the short life of Ned Kelly. Honestly it wasn't what we thought it was going to be. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Andrea and Ned Kelly at Glenrowan.( We had the BEST pie floater at Lindas Cafe.) Who dosen't know what a floater is?????

Munching on a brisket bone at our digs in Wang.
